Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least ten years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with proven coordination and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Civil Construction.
• At least five (5) years of experience in Transit Projects involving Utility Relocations & Demolition, Track & Systems, and Maintenance of Way Facilities.
• Experience as an Assistant Resident Engineer or Assistant Construction Manager on projects exceeding $15 million.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Resident Engineer in their duties.
• Participate in reviews and responses for submittals, RFIs, RFCs, design documents, and claims.
• Monitor construction progress and prepare reports.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop technical scope and justifications for contract changes.
• Interface with owners, engineers, architects, and third parties.
