Job Description: Assistant Resident Building Superintendent at City of New York

Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily maintenance operations at development.
- Supervising the repair of structures and equipment, maintenance of roof tanks, standpipe systems, sprinkler systems, and auxiliary equipment. Managing the care of buildings and grounds through labor and material resources.
- Monitoring inventory supply and arranging for replenishment as needed.
- Conducting building inspections and following up on repairs for PHAS preparations.
- Monitoring work orders in Maximo and deploying staff to address repairs.
- Overseeing repair work done by Maintenance Workers in residents' apartments and public spaces.
- Supervising the preparation of move-outs.

Minimum Qualifications:
- One year of permanent service in related titles or
- A high school diploma or equivalent plus four years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience. Higher education can substitute for up to two years of experience.
