Job summary

Lifetime Assistance, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Residence Manager for Spencerport, NY. This full-time, on-site role supports daily operations of a residential home, oversees staff and scheduling, and ensures compassionate, person-centered services.

The position includes medication administration, coordination of medical appointments, and development of individualized service plans. The candidate should have a high school diploma (or equivalent) with related experience, or one year of college

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience, OR one year of college coursework in human services or a related field.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain); SCIP-R Level I required, Level II may be required depending on assignment.
  • Driving: Must meet Lifetime Assistance Vehicle Operator requirements including a valid driver’s license and 2 years of driving experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational and documentation skills; familiarity with OPWDD regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of a residential home, ensuring compassionate, person-centered services.
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills, communication, recreation, and community inclusion.
  • Administer and monitor medications; coordinate and track medical appointments.
  • Supervise and support staff schedules, training, and responsibilities; act as shift leader and assume leadership in the Residence Manager’s absence.

Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours/week - Tuesday & Wednesday 7am-3:30pm, Thursday-Saturday 1pm-9pm (Sunday/Monday OFF)
Starting Wage: $23.58 – $26.75 per hour

Your Core Responsibilities:
