Summary

At The Sebastian Vail, we're looking for a proactive and organized Residence Club Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll support in setting and implementing goals, policies, and procedures for our Residence Club. You'll engage with Owners, manage pre-arrival communication, coordinate with Housekeeping, and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the club.

Employment Details

• Type: Full Time, Year Round
• Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000/year (DOE), plus 5% annual bonus potential

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards for the Residence Club.
2. Identify Owner needs and provide information regarding policies, services, and amenities.
3. Send pre-arrival letters and maintain arrival spreadsheets.
4. Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding early/late guests, VIPs, and group activities.
5. Ensure Owners’ Lounge and all Residence Club grounds are kept neat and tidy.
6. Stock Owners’ Lounge with proper items daily.
7. Maintain and update inventory of Owner Storage on the property.
8. Assist in implementing rental release procedures and unit release into the program.
9. Assist in reservation processing, including room details and Club Access Rules and Regulations.
10. Notify engineering of maintenance needs.
11. Handle Owner complaints/queries courteously and satisfactorily.
12. Contribute suggestions to improve Residence Club services.
13. Maintain professional and courteous interactions with Owners and guests.
14. Build relationships with Owners and their families.
