Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated research in 2D semiconductor devices and nanoscale fabrication.
• Preferred experience includes MOCVD/CVD growth, 2D material transfer, lithography, deposition, etching, device characterization, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on scalable 2D FETs and CMOS devices.
• Perform materials and process development in cleanroom facilities.
• Integrate dielectric and metal contacts with high-k gate stacks.
• Characterize devices and analyze data to publish results.
• Collaborate on proposals and mentor students in the lab.
