Job summary

AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking an Assistant Research Coordinator to support the Research Department in preparing and completing study visits. You will work with the Lead Coordinator and investigators to ensure proper documentation, labs, EKGs, and radiology reports are reviewed and signed as required, and to handle specimen processing.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to study protocols, and timely coordination of visits and samples to support patient care.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a close-knit team to support the Lead Coordinator and investigator in preparing and completing study visits.
• Obtain necessary reviews and signatures on labs, EKGs, radiology reports, or investigator reports before distributing to other research staff.
• Prepare for study visits by reviewing protocol-required procedures.
• On the day of study visits collect, process and ship laboratory specimens per study requirements.
