Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program with degrees in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current state licensure, or in the process of obtaining it
• CPR Certification (requirements vary by state)
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire
• Experience in Post-Acute care preferred
• Excellent organizational skills for program development
• Ability to positively represent your discipline and Consonus Rehab in the community

Salary Range: $38.00 - $60.00/hr
