Montclair State University is seeking an Assistant Registrar to work with students on graduation requirements, conduct degree completion audits, and coordinate with academic departments to ensure timely graduation processing.
The role involves evaluating candidates, certifying degrees, and producing clear reports while leveraging Cognos, Banner, and Workday systems; strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Reporting to the Associate Registrar for Graduation Evaluation, Commencement, and Special Population, the Assistant Registrar works with students to process department approved exceptions and overrides, communicates with students, departments, and advisors regarding outstanding degree requirements, and evaluates graduation candidates for degree completion.
