Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the financial planning and analysis for the region, including developing budgets and forecasts linked to operational assumptions, and measuring actual performance against these.
2. Analyze results, monitor variances, identify trends, and provide performance guidelines and recommendations to field operations.
3. Partner with operations to improve weekly reports and support decision-making to drive revenue and control costs.
4. Guide and support the monthly close process, working closely with finance and field teams.
5. Review weekly and monthly results, gaining insights into financial issues.
6. Provide client-facing reports summarizing financial performance and operational metrics.
7. Improve account profitability by enhancing financial awareness and confidence among operational teams.
8. Ensure sound financial controls, including account reconciliations.
9. Handle special projects supporting field operations and regional initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Experience in food service or a similar industry is a plus
• Ability to motivate and collaborate with teams and management on projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP, Anaplan, or Essbase is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
• Creative, detail-oriented, with big-picture thinking
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
