Qualifications

• Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Junior QS with some site-based experience.
• Main contractor background in housing, apartments, or care homes.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with valuations and cost control on live residential schemes.
• Prepare and manage subcontractor packages and on-site commercial administration.
• Provide day-to-day commercial support working with Site and Contracts teams.
