Job Description

We are offering a career-developing opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a market-leading refurbishment and fit-out contractor. The role involves working on a £25m CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit-out project in Uxbridge.

You will work closely with a supportive and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who will mentor you throughout the project. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting with procurement activities
2. Pricing variations and measurements
3. Preparation of take-offs
4. Valuations and payment applications
5. Cost control and reporting
6. Contributing towards the final account
