Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. in Salem, OR, is seeking a data entry-focused purchasing clerk responsible for entering data from purchase orders and interplant transfer orders for finished goods.

Responsibilities

• Enter replenishment orders for brokered items.
• Create purchase orders for outside vendors as needed.
• Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages.
• Review requisition orders to verify accuracy and specifications.
• Answer phone questions with prompt follow up.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing files.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
