Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in purchasing, preferably in Plumbing/HVAC.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming and outgoing Purchase Orders and Packing Slips.
• Track and update inventory with accurate records.
• Create purchase orders and monitor their status.
• Verify costs of purchase orders against project estimates.
• Prepare inventory reports and present findings to Purchasing Manager.
• Negotiate cost, delivery schedule and terms with vendors.
