The Assistant Public Defender 1 will represent indigent clients in criminal matters in Superior Court. This role requires a strong commitment to public defense and the ability to manage complex cases from preparation through trial or resolution. This role requires advanced legal judgment, strong trial skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal and factual issues.
