Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer preferred.
• Preferred prior management experience in retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees.
• Ability to communicate with employees, members, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coaching the front-end selling process of the CrunchOne Kickoff.
• Coaching the delivery of personal training services.
• Owning the entire acquisition process (book, show and close).

Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design

Education
