In your role at CubeSmart Self-Storage, you will manage and maintain your property, requiring skills in customer service and property maintenance.

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for:

Customer Service:
  • Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions with excellent service.
  • Interacting face-to-face with customers, building rapport.
  • Meeting sales goals and metrics.
  • Walking the property for lock checks and unit showings.
  • Renting storage spaces, selling merchandise, managing leasing, accepting payments via POS, completing bank deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
Property Maintenance:
  • Performing daily walks, cleaning units and property, opening/closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
  • Maintaining the facility through cleaning, light repairs, and upkeep.
  • Ensuring the facility is clean and safe, including restrooms, landscaping, parking, fencing, walls, and doors.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills.

Additional requirements:

  • Ability to work Saturdays; some locations may require Sundays.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder during duties.
