Responsibilities
  • Solicit new tenants and meet occupancy goals.
  • Market the property via advertising, respond to inquiries, and conduct tours.
  • Lead property tours and showcase amenities.
  • Train staff and model sales techniques.
  • Manage rent collection, including delinquent accounts and legal actions if needed.
  • Assist in budgeting to improve net operating income.
  • Maintain resident ledgers and inspect units during move-ins and outs.
  • Act as Property Manager in their absence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years leasing or assistant property management experience.
  • Yardi experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, email, and social media marketing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with good time management.
  • Flexible schedule to meet property needs.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and confidence.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking and driving.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $46,000 to $55,000 DOE, plus potential monthly commissions. Benefits include health plans, paid leave, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, holidays, wellness programs, employee discounts, referral bonuses, charitable matching, professional development, and more.
