JOB SUMMARY: In the Assistant Property Manager role, you will be responsible for ensuring the property's efficient operation under the Property Manager's direction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include managing resident retention and relations, creating resident correspondence, collecting rent, managing delinquencies, attracting and educating tenants, performing leasing duties, monitoring competition, and supervising staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: include at least two years in property management or related industry, proficiency in social media, familiarity with real estate contracts, strong communication skills, experience with rent collection, and ability to multi-task. Experience with MRI is a plus.
