Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for:

1. Collecting rent and ancillary fees from residents, including collections of delinquent accounts
2. Posting income and deposits
3. Inspection of apartment homes after move-out
4. Sales and customer service with current and prospective residents
5. Leasing apartments
6. Office management and support

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Assistant Property Manager and/or Leasing experience
• Bookkeeping skills and/or experience
• High school diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
