Job description

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Lompoc, CA. The qualified applicant will have outstanding customer service and sales ability and strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills. Yardi Voyager is a big plus! We offer competitive pay and a leasing bonus!

Job Duties:
  1. Performs leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.
  2. Leases and markets vacant and upcoming apartments.
  3. Completes all leasing paperwork.
  4. Compiles and processes applications for approval.
  5. Explains lease and all appropriate addenda to a new tenant.
  6. Walks apartments and reports all necessary improvements.
  7. Assists with tenant relations.
  8. Data entry for fees, deposits, and new lease information.
  9. Shows apartments to prospective tenants.
  10. Accepts and completes Notice to vacate forms.
  11. Accepts rental payments.
  12. Other duties as assigned.
Required:
  • Valid Driver's License, auto insurance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
