Rocky Mountain Communities in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Property Manager – Affordable Housing to provide operational, administrative, and compliance support for HUD-assisted, LIHTC, and mixed-finance lease-up and stabilized communities.
Under the Property Manager, you will assist with resident intake, leasing, income certifications, file compliance, and HUD/LIHTC requirements while supporting occupancy, customer service, and lease-up goals.

Non‑Exempt (Eligible for Overtime). This position is paid on an hourly basis and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
The Assistant Property Manager – Affordable Housing provides operational, administrative, and compliance support for HUD‑assisted, LIHTC, and mixed‑finance lease‑up and stabilized communities. Under the direction of the Property Manager, this role assists with resident intake, leasing, income certifications, file compliance, and HUD/LIHTC program requirements while supporting occupancy, customer service, and lease‑up goals.
