Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of apartment industry or leasing experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws or ability to learn and apply them quickly.
• Proven success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or leasing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and residents through exceptional customer service.
• Assist with application processing and leasing administration.
• Prepare move-in documentation and ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Support day-to-day community operations.
• Assist with resident retention and satisfaction initiatives.
• Ensure Fair Housing guidelines are followed in all aspects of the leasing process.
