HRI Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support operations across leasing, resident services, and financial administration at our Lafayette, LA portfolio. You will help ensure accurate accounting, rent reporting, and timely lease processing while assisting with leasing, resident relations, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager in the residential industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, HUD and Housing Agency requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and prospective residents; respond to inquiries.
• Tour and market apartments; demonstrate units and close prospects.
• Enter invoices, process applications and recertifications, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and schedule inspections for move-ins.
• Cultivate positive resident relations and support lease renewals.
