Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and resolve concerns promptly.
• Monitor tenant accounts and follow up on delinquent payments.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents.
