- Assist with all aspects of leasing and occupancy, including processing applications, conducting move-in/move-out inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collect rent, address delinquencies, and make timely bank deposits.
- Respond to resident concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
- Maintain compliance with HUD, PHFA, and internal housing policies.
- Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support resident engagement and retention efforts.
- Prepare reports, recertification logs, and apartment availability lists.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of leasing and occupancy, including processing applications, conducting move-in/move-out inspections, and maintaining accurate records.

- Maintain compliance with HUD, PHFA, and internal housing policies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification in Housing Management preferred—or willingness to obtain within six months.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Office/property management experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of HUD and PHFA regulations is a plus.
- Must be dependable and committed to service excellence.
