  • Assist with all aspects of leasing and occupancy, including processing applications, conducting move-in/move-out inspections, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collect rent, address delinquencies, and make timely bank deposits.
  • Respond to resident concerns with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
  • Maintain compliance with HUD, PHFA, and internal housing policies.
  • Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support resident engagement and retention efforts.
  • Prepare reports, recertification logs, and apartment availability lists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of leasing and occupancy, including processing applications, conducting move-in/move-out inspections, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification in Housing Management preferred—or willingness to obtain within six months.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Office/property management experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HUD and PHFA regulations is a plus.
  • Must be dependable and committed to service excellence.
