Description

Location: Boca Raton, FL (33432)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Job Overview:

As an Assistant Community Association Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the management of properties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. This individual will develop knowledge and skill in lease administration, income/expense management, physical facilities management, and tenant relations.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Acquire and maintain current knowledge of state regulatory statutes and community documents, policies, and procedures.
  2. Assist with field activities related to properties.
  3. Oversee tracking and response to tenant service requests.
  4. Maintain tenant relations through regular positive communication.
  5. Perform quarterly property inspections.
  6. Coordinate insurance requirements with vendors.
  7. Develop and distribute tenant manuals, emergency procedures, and communication.
  8. Prepare check runs, capital trackers, and other financial forms for approval.
  9. Assist in monthly report preparation.
  10. Help develop operating and capital budgets.
  11. Perform other duties as directed by the Community Association Manager.
  12. Establish industry contacts and participate in trade organizations and networking.
  13. Create a positive team culture.
  14. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Two years of on-site property management experience preferred.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  3. State of Florida CAM license preferred.
  4. Strong customer service skills.
  5. Ability to interpret complex documents.
  6. Interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  2. Standing, sitting, walking, occasional climbing.
  3. Extended computer use and phone communication.
  4. Ability to detect emergency alarms.
  5. On-call 24/7, flexible hours, and weekend work.
  6. Driving as needed.
  7. Respond promptly to emergencies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm

What We Offer:

Full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation:

$28 - $30 Hourly
