Job summary

Guardian Properties LLC in Augusta, GA seeks an Assistant Property Manager for Champion Pines, a 21-acre community. You will work with the Community Manager to handle leasing, resident experience, and daily operations, including budgeting and reporting.

This role offers ownership and a clear path to a Community Manager seat. Requires at least 2 years in multifamily PM, on-site availability five days a week, and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a residential community and step in for Property Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Experience managing operations across multiple sites or communities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease, renew, retain: tour prospects during leasing, manage renewals, handle resident issues.
• Drive financial performance: manage daily ledger, delinquency process, and support variance reporting and budgeting.
• Keep the operation humming: coordinate maintenance, manage vendors, and conduct property walks.
• Grow into leadership: mentor leasing consultants and lead team meetings as needed.
