WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Forest Park Apartments, a 109-unit LIHTC family housing community located in Springfield, MA.
Must Have Tax Credit and affordable housing experience
In this role, you will assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of this community and Museum Park Apartments a 114 units, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
