Assistant Property Manager-East Portfolio

Job Summary

PPL seeks an outstanding Assistant Property Manager to join its Property Management team. This position assists the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of properties, including marketing, leasing, income certification, rent collection, property maintenance, and site inspections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Maintain occupancy and vacancy data in Yardi.
  2. Complete income certification and recertification timely and accurately.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to residents, partners, and visitors.
  4. Assist with rent collection and support compliance activities.
  5. Monitor property conditions, coordinate inspections, and perform administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements
  • Knowledge of property management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in affordable housing compliance preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with low-income housing funding mechanisms.
Technology Skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Yardi, spreadsheets, and office equipment.
Education and Experience
  • 1-2 years in property management, customer service, or related field; post-secondary coursework a plus.
Additional Details
