Core Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of integrity, adhere to company policies, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure the living experience, especially first and last impressions, is of the highest quality.
- Handle resident concerns with a positive, customer service-driven approach.
- Communicate with residents about property events and conduct periodic inspections.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract prospective residents, show properties, and handle inquiries.
- Assist in achieving property goals, monitor traffic and marketing data, and support leasing staff.
- Understand financial goals and operate assets in the owners’ best interests.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, rent collections, and community activities.
- Ensure timely rent collection, posting, and deposits.
- Maintain community appearance, coordinate repairs, and ensure model units are ready.
- Update make-ready boards and verify vacancy status daily.
- Assist with training and motivating on-site staff to meet operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in Property Management or relevant work (2-3 years).
- Ability to apply logical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
- Effective interaction with prospects, residents, peers, and management.
- Fair Housing certification prior to resident interaction.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and community software.
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: $43,000 - $45,000.
