Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or a related field preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with residents and staff.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze problems and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Property Manager in daily operational tasks to keep the community running smoothly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and address inquiries professionally.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, including events.
• Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely service with safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate resident files, leases, and financial records.
• Assist in preparing property budgets and financial reports to support profitability.
• Assist in training and supervising onsite staff to uphold service standards.
