What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide support to Property Manager(s) in managing maintenance, tenant relations, collections, and financial reporting
  2. Interact with tenants to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  3. Assist with budgets, financial reports, and reconcile A/R accounts
  4. Track certificates of insurance and manage accounts payables
  5. Apply new technology and data to enhance property management processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a commercial property management team, preferably in retail
  3. Advanced oral and written communication skills
  4. Strong organization and time management skills
  5. Experience with Property Management financials and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel; Yardi experience preferred
