What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide support to Property Manager(s) in all management areas for assigned properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and collections
  2. Assist with budgets, financial reports, and reconciliations of accounts receivable
  3. Track certificates of insurance and manage accounts payables
  4. Serve as a liaison between tenants and building staff to ensure buildings are clean and functional
  5. Contribute to a diverse, supportive, and talented team through innovative ideas and proactive communication

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a commercial property management team, preferably in retail
  3. Advanced oral and written communication skills
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; experience with Yardi, AP/AR preferred
