Schedule: Full-Time

  • Tuesday - Saturday
  • Tuesday - Thursday 9a-6p
  • Friday 8:30a-5p
  • Saturday 11a-4p

Compensation: $22/hour

Assistant Property Managers assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing inventory and ordering administrative supplies and equipment
  • Collecting and recording rent, updating rent roll
  • Handling work requests
  • Maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Handling resident issues and leasing apartments
  • Applying leasing techniques and sales methods
  • Maintaining knowledge of property rental information
  • Achieving leasing closing ratio targets
  • Reporting administrative data timely and accurately
  • Processing rent payments, bank deposits, and account reconciliation
  • Assisting in resident retention programs
  • Reporting unusual circumstances
  • Complying with Fair Housing rules
  • Seeking educational opportunities for growth
