As an Assistant Property Manager, you will:

  • Perform tasks related to property operations, including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, and ensuring compliance
  • Ensure all site staff follow established company policies in the absence of the Property Manager

Reports to: Property Manager

Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing preferred; High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management, retail service, or sales
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Yardi is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Strong reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills
