$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks related to property operations, including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, and compliance
  • Ensure site staff adherence to company policies in the absence of the Property Manager
Reporting and Qualifications

Reports to: Property Manager

Qualifications:

  • BA in Marketing preferred; High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management, retail service, or sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi knowledge a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong reading, writing, grammar, and math skills
