SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager (APM) assists in the overall operation of the property, implements policies, procedures, and programs, maintains occupancy levels, and fosters a supportive environment for all residents, including those with special needs. The APM interacts with vendors and supports onsite staff. This role involves managing properties with programs such as Tax Credit, PBV, No Place Like Home, and Case Management.
