Primary Responsibilities

You’re a role model, people person, and versatile. You’re passionate about apartment living, connecting with the community, and creating memorable experiences for residents. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail, making you ideal for this leadership role.

As an Assistant Property Manager (APM), your responsibilities include:

• Leading by example, embodying Bozzuto’s standards and culture
• Achieving financial goals through rent collection and delinquency management
• Conducting community tours and marketing to generate new leases
• Ensuring positive resident interactions and building brand loyalty
• Maintaining the community’s appearance and representing the Bozzuto brand professionally
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Working weekends when prospective residents visit, with two days off during the week
• Stepping in as acting leader in the absence of the Property Manager

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in property management, hospitality, or retail
• Experience with revenue, P&L, and budget management
• Proficiency with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and creating engaging content
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competency with industry software (YARDI preferred) and other digital tools
• Sales aptitude
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days (if applicable)

Additional Information

This position is eligible for bonus opportunities. Salary range: $23—$26 USD per hour.
