WinnCompanies is seeking an organized and agile Assistant Property Manager to join our team at 25 Sixth Street, an affordable housing community located in Chelsea, MA.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
This position offers a regular business hour schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm.
