Willow Bridge is currently hiring an experienced Assistant Property Manager to oversee lease renewal and resident retention programs, and the analysis of leasing reports. Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager include:

  • Assist with accepting move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
  • Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
  • Manage resident relations issues, including handling calls, requests, and concerns.
  • Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
  • Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, and publications.
  • Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
  • Review and inspect vacancies, prepare apartments and models.
  • Inspect the property for policy violations, repairs, and landscaping needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

The qualifications for this role include:

  • At least 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends.
  • Ability to tour the community with clients, including walking and climbing stairs.
  • Possibly a valid driver’s license may be required.
