Job summary

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg is seeking an assistant property manager for The Signature at Schilling Farms Apartments in Collierville, TN. You’ll handle the full leasing cycle from prospect to signed lease and know the property inside and out.

You’ll inspect model units, common areas, and vacant apartments, address service requests or route to the right team, and back up the property manager when needed. A clear path toward a property manager title is available within 1–2 years.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of residential leasing or property management experience.
• Hands-on experience with OneSite or Yardi (strongly preferred).
• Availability to work weekends.
• Ability to walk the property, including stairs.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
