KWP Real Estate provides a range of services to commercial real estate owners and investors, including property management, accounting, commercial brokerage, facility management, and construction management. Our portfolio spans the United States, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients.

The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for supporting all aspects of property management, including tenant services coordination, lease management, and property maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sacramento, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, Box, etc.)
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and coding
• Experience with budgets, including CAM reconciliation (experience with CAM rec is a plus)
• Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills

Full-time or part-time consideration - Hourly rate: $28 - $33/hour
