  • Salary: $16.00 - $17.50 per/hour
  • Store Address: 539 Maple Ave Redmond, OR 97756
  • Work independently to manage daily property operations.
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
  • Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, with a focus on safety and maximizing rentable units.

Essential Duties:

  • Manage daily property operations independently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, assist with storage needs, and process rental agreements.
  • Achieve sales goals through unit rentals, insurance, and supplies.
  • Handle payments, receipts, and delinquent accounts.
  • Perform cash drawer audits and bank deposits.
  • Ensure safety and compliance by enforcing policies and maintaining the property.

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Experience in sales preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Conduct property walks regularly.
  • Work outdoors approximately 50% of the time, including walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
  • Maintain property cleanliness and perform inspections.
  • Transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
  • May need to run errands and travel between locations.

Average Day: Your day will be dynamic and diverse. It involves opening preparations, customer interactions, property inspections, and closing procedures, with a work schedule that allows for personal pursuits outside of work, including Sundays off and ending by 6 pm.
