Pay: $55,000 - $60,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the Leasing Agent and Property Manager to ensure the property is leased to budgeted occupancy
• Report on and stay current on market trends to make effective strategy and pricing

recommendations to the corporate team

• Provide outreach and build relationships within the resident community
• Oversee leasing staff and provide guidance as needed
• Understand financial goals and assist in creating budgets
• Ensure all rents are collected when due and deposited to the bank
• Ensure A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment
• Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed and input to the software

system accurately and on a timely basis

• Resolve resident concerns and requests on a timely basis
• Develop and/or implement resident retention programs
• Maintain property appearance and ensure repairs are reported to Maintenance
• Conduct daily property inspections and tours

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
• Real Page experience preferred
• Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with residents, team members, and vendors
• Ability to pass a background check
