Blue Roc Premier in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Director to oversee day-to-day apartment community operations and drive its financial growth.

You will lead a team, ensure exceptional customer service, manage leasing and collections, and promote a positive, high-energy work environment. A strong background in property management and familiar PM software are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager and 2 years in leasing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Entrata/Avid.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
• Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Your daily requirements:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of running an apartment community, overseeing and enhancing its financial growth.
