Job summary

AustinVestors Property Management in Leander, Texas seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support operations for a portfolio of 300-350 residential homes. This is a growth-oriented role designed to train future Property Managers and leaders within our company.

You will build positive relationships with residents and owners, coordinate lease renewals, manage maintenance requests, schedule vendors and inspections, process move-ins and move-outs, prepare lease documents, and keep accurate records
