Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a property management professional to handle daily financial operations for a multi-family community. You will collect rents, post payments, and prepare deposits while coordinating with the maintenance team and vendors.

This role supports resident satisfaction and may serve as on-site supervisor when the Property Manager is absent. We offer competitive pay with a property-commission structure, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily financial transactions for the community, including rent and payments.
• Review and submit vendor invoices for payment.
• Review resident files and balances; collect delinencies.
• Process move-outs by reviewing lease terms.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with the team.
• Highlight community features and benefits in communications.
• Provide on-site supervision in the Property Manager's absence.

Compensation: $22 to $27 per hour

Responsibilities

• Complete daily transactions and task related to the financial operation of the community by collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing deposits and financial reports
• Review and submits invoices from vendors and service providers for payment
• Review resident files and accounting records, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implements procedures for collecting on delinquencies
• Process resident move outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements
• Follow up on service requests with maintenance team and ensure residents requests have been completed
• Generate interest - brag about your community's unique features and benefits - and highlight what sets it apart from the competition
• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution
• Act as the onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver's license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
