Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager at Fusion Studios in Denver. You will handle daily management tasks, ensure accurate software entries, and support resident relations with a focus on housing quality standards.
Two years in affordable housing and a real estate-related degree are preferred. Experience with Section 42 Tax Credit, Section 8, and Equal Housing Opportunity laws is also valued.

The Assistant Property Managers assist the Property Manager with day-to-day management of CCH managed property at Fusion Studios.
