Responsibilities

• Support Property Manager in overseeing vendors and ensuring service quality across building operations
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and work orders to maintain property standards
• Manage contracts, documentation, and compliance tracking
• Assist with incident reporting, insurance claims, and issue resolution
• Support construction and project coordination, including tracking and documentation
• Maintain building records, files, and internal systems
• Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, and financial processes
• Serve as tenant liaison, handling requests, amenities, events, and lease-related support
