Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join its property management team at an apartment community in Boston.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: collections, correspondence with residents, annual and interim recertifications, property inspections, and administrative functions. The Assistant also provides daily support and backup in all facets of property management.
The Assistant Property Manager should be knowledgeable about all aspects of site operations, including rent collection, work order processing, leasing, turnover units, budgeting, program compliance, and resident relations.
